Jane received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from York College of Pennsylvania. She went on to earn a Certificate of Advanced Study in Education. Jane has over 20 years experience conducting Comprehensive Vocational Evaluations for Gulfstream Goodwill Industries and local job training centers. She and her colleagues were some of the first to conduct On-the-Job Evaluations in Florida in order to evaluate participants’ vocational skills within actual work settings. While employed with Goodwill, Jane earned certification to administer a wide variety of assessments, including the McCarron Dial System, the Perceptual Memory Task, and the Test of Adult Basic Education. She also has many years of experience administering assessments for the blind and visually impaired, including the Cognitive Test for the Blind and other subtests of the Comprehensive Vocational Evaluation System. In 2014, Jane became certified in Discovery, a person-centered planning process that helps individuals with disabilities develop a plan for employment.

Bryan D. Boudreault, CVE, has worked in the Rehabilitation field for more than three decades providing assessment/vocational evaluation services to disabled and economically disadvantaged individuals. Bryan received his certification in vocational evaluation in 1987 and since that time, has been a provider to State Vocational Rehabilitation, Division of Blind Services, private rehabilitation and a host of contracts through the years with Palm Beach County, Workforce Alliance and “Welfare to Work” programming. Bryan oversaw the first pilot project with Vocational Rehabilitation in the early 1990’s, providing “On-The-Job” Evaluations to better assess work performance with community employers. Bryan has received training and certification in several vocational evaluation systems (McCarron-Dial, Perceptual Memory Test, Careerscope, Apticom, Oasys, Wonderlic, SAGE) and in 2012, became certified through the University of South Florida in “Discovery,” a comprehensive assessment for customized employment. Bryan has several years of management/supervision of Evaluation personnel who also bring to the table over twenty years’ experience. Bryan has been recognized by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and has an exemplary record of having met the standards for Vocational Evaluation accreditation. Bryan also enjoys giving presentations in the community including but not limited to; “Team Building in Organizations,” “Disability Sensitivity,” “Observation/Documentation,” “Understanding Vocational Evaluation” and “Task Analysis/Job Coaching.” Bryan is on the Palm Beach County Homeless Housing Alliance Training Committee and provides training to agencies working with homeless individuals using the SPDAT (Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool).

Rosemary “Rose” Guzy has been employed as a Vocational Evaluator since 1983. She graduated from Western Michigan University that same year with a Bachelor of Science degree; majoring in sociology and minoring in psychology. Rose has had extensive experience in the vocational evaluation field, and has worked with various populations through multiple programs, including individuals with medical impairments, economically disadvantaged individuals, students, and ex-offenders. Rose is certified and has extensive experience administering a wide array of aptitude, academic, interest, and placement tests. In addition to working with Segel Psychological Center, Rose works part-time at Palm Beach State College where she administers and proctors placement tests, admission exams, on-line exams, and correspondence tests. In the past, Rose has been a Vocational Evaluator for Gulfstream Goodwill Industries and the State of Florida Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. She has also worked in the human resource field, for Palm Beach County’s Office of Employment Relations and Personnel, where she tested and screened all clerical applicants. Rose enjoys working in the testing realm in general and with people specifically, because “it never gets old”.
